Data processed and purposes

When you contact me by e-mail or telephone, I process the information you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) to handle your matter and for the possible establishment and performance of a mandate. Processing is carried out for the initiation or performance of a contract and on the basis of legitimate interests in efficient communication.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. In doing so, technical data (see server logs) may be processed by the hosting provider. Data processing abroad cannot be excluded; in that case an adequate level of data protection is ensured by appropriate safeguards.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, data transmitted by your browser is automatically collected (e.g. IP address in abbreviated form, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type). This data serves technical provision, security and stability and is not merged with other data sources.

Statistics / web analytics

Google Analytics is not used. Where reach measurement takes place, the cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics solution is used, which works without setting cookies and without creating user profiles.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies. For the display of embedded content (e.g. the map service on the contact page), data may be processed by the respective third-party provider as soon as this content is loaded.

Disclosure to third parties

Your data is disclosed only insofar as this is necessary to handle your matter, you have consented, or a legal or professional obligation exists. Attorney–client privilege is maintained in every case.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or on account of statutory and professional retention obligations.

Your rights

Within the framework of applicable law, you have the right to information about the personal data processed as well as to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing. A notice to the contact details above suffices to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
