I specialise in criminal law and the associated civil and supervisory proceedings. I defend accused persons, represent injured parties and safeguard the interests of affected third parties – from the first investigation to appeal. I have particular experience in white-collar crime (for example in offences against assets or in confiscation and seizure proceedings), in general criminal law and in particular in road-traffic criminal law. I likewise represent clients in the associated administrative proceedings, such as the withdrawal of a driving licence.
