We share the premises and the infrastructure of the office. This is purely an office- and cost-sharing arrangement and not a joint law firm or partnership: both practices handle their mandates separately, independently and on their own responsibility.

Christian Lüscher is a recognised specialist in criminal law and criminal procedure. Before moving into private practice, he served for ten years as a public prosecutor, most recently at Public Prosecutor's Office III of the Canton of Zurich, which specialises in economic crime.
Drawing on that experience, he assesses the facts and the legal position quickly and exerts effective, targeted influence on criminal investigations. Before the courts he advocates committedly for his clients' interests.
On 1 July 2015 Christian Lüscher was appointed an investigating officer under the CDB (Agreement on the Swiss Banks' Code of Conduct) of the Swiss Bankers Association. Since 2020 he has conducted criminal investigations against federal prosecutors as an extraordinary federal prosecutor, on behalf of the supervisory authority for the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland.
He also advises clients on matters of contract and inheritance law.
